At PVAChain, we strive to provide high-quality verified accounts. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for replacements and refunds.

Replacement Policy

We offer free replacements for non-working accounts under the following conditions:

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Accounts must not have been modified or misused
  • Accounts must not have been used in violation of platform terms
  • Proof of non-functionality may be required

How to Request a Replacement

To request a replacement:

  • Provide your order details and the specific accounts with issues
  • Describe the problem you're experiencing
  • Allow up to 24 hours for us to verify and process your request

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • We are unable to provide working replacements within 72 hours
  • The entire order is non-functional upon delivery
  • Technical issues on our end prevent order fulfillment

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Accounts suspended or banned due to platform policy violations
  • Accounts that were working at delivery but stopped later due to user actions
  • Orders where the customer changed their mind after delivery
  • Issues caused by using VPNs, proxies, or automation tools
  • Reports submitted after the 48-hour window

Refund Process

If approved for a refund:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5-10 business days
  • Cryptocurrency refunds will be issued at the current exchange rate
  • Refund fees may apply depending on the payment method

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be offered for orders where only a portion of the accounts have issues. The refund amount will be proportional to the number of non-working accounts.
